Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Triada Baloukoudis, trading as ‘Fertilité Grèce’ (‘I’, ‘the data controller’), processes your personal data when you visit this website or use my services, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019.

1. Data controller

2. What data do I collect, and why

a. Contact form and direct communications

Name, email address, telephone number, country of residence and the content of your message. Your message may contain health data (a special category of personal data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR), for example the type of treatment you are considering. Legal basis: your explicit consent (Articles 6(1)(a) and 9(2)(a) of the GDPR), given by ticking the relevant box on the form. Purpose: to respond to your enquiry and arrange an initial consultation. Please do not provide more medical information in the form than is necessary.

b. Provision of coordination services

If we work together, I will process the data necessary for coordination: identification details, medical documents and test results that you provide to me, travel information, and documents intended for your health insurance provider. Legal basis: the performance of the contract between us (Article 6(1)(b)) and, for health data, your explicit written consent (Article 9(2)(a)). This data is only disclosed to the recipients you specify (licensed clinic, solicitor, health insurance provider) and only to the extent necessary.

c. Website traffic analysis

Only if you accept audience measurement cookies is Google Analytics used with IP address anonymisation. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw this consent at any time via ‘Cookie Preferences’ at the bottom of the page.

3. Recipients and data processors

• Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and processing of form submissions. Transfers outside the EU are governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
• Google Ireland Ltd. — email services and, subject to your consent, audience measurement.
• Assisted reproduction clinics, solicitors, translators, health insurance organisations — only those you specify, and only for the data required.

I do not sell or rent out any personal data, nor do I pass it on to any third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Retention period

• Unresolved enquiries: a maximum of 12 months from the last correspondence.
• Client files: for the duration of the service, followed by retention of documents necessary to comply with legal and accounting obligations (up to 5 years); medical documents are deleted as soon as they are no longer required.
• Audience measurement data: maximum 14 months.

5. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of any processing carried out previously. To exercise these rights, please write to triadabaloukoudis@gmail.com; I will reply within one month.

You may lodge a complaint with the Greek Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα, dpa.gr) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence — in France, the CNIL.

6. Security

Communications with this website are encrypted (HTTPS). Medical documents are stored on password-protected media, are only shared via secure channels, and are deleted as soon as they are no longer required. In the event of a data breach likely to pose a high risk to your rights, you will be notified without undue delay.

7. Minors

This website and these services are not intended for persons under the age of 18, and no data relating to them is knowingly collected.

8. Amendments

Any changes to this policy are published on this page with a new update date.
