The treatment is your doctor’s responsibility. Everything else — which, in practice, means dozens of small and large steps in a language and system you are unfamiliar with — is mine.
Medical records and follow-up
I compile your test results and medical history, forward them to the clinic, monitor deadlines and act as the link between your gynaecologist at home and the team in Greece.
Legal and notarised documents
Consents, notarised documents, translations and everything required by Greek law in your situation. I’ll explain what you’re signing and arrange the appointments.
Travel, accommodation and transfers
Suggestions for accommodation near the clinic, airport pick-up and transfers to appointments. You make the bookings; I’ll ensure everything is in the right place at the right time.
Support and interpreting
I’ll be by your side at the clinic, the notary’s office and the chemist’s. I’ll translate, take notes and ensure that none of your questions go unanswered.
S2 reimbursement claim
I’ll guide you through the procedure for scheduled treatment in the EU (S2/CNSE form) and obtain the necessary supporting documents from the clinic in the format required by your health insurance provider.

I’ll suggest clinics suited to your profile, arrange a video call with the doctor and gather the tests they’ll require.
Preparing for your trip
A schedule agreed with the clinic, an appointment with the solicitor, accommodation options, a checklist of documents, and an S2 application if you’re insured in an EU or EEA country.
In Greece and afterwards
I’ll meet you on arrival, accompany you to every appointment and provide translation. After your return, I’ll gather the supporting documents for reimbursement and remain available to assist you further.

I know how clinics operate, what notaries require, which documents are prone to delays, and what someone arriving in a foreign city, feeling anxious, really needs.
As an independent consultant, I work for you. I have no financial interest in referring you to any particular clinic, so I can tell you honestly what I see.

Frequently asked questions
Are you a clinic or a doctor?
No. I am an independent coordinator. I do not carry out any medical procedures and I do not give any medical advice. I organise everything else — paperwork, communication with the clinic, travel, accommodation, interpreting — so that you can focus on your treatment and your relationship with your doctor.
How are you paid? Do you receive a commission from the clinics?
No. My remuneration is a fixed fee, agreed in writing with you, for the coordination services I provide. I do not receive any percentage of the medical fees and I do not refer anyone to a clinic for financial gain. You negotiate the cost of treatment and settle it directly with the clinic.
Which clinics do you work with?
Only with clinics accredited by the Greek National Authority for Assisted Reproduction (EAIYA). The choice is based on your medical profile, the treatment you require, the language spoken at the clinic and your budget. The final decision is always yours.
How many days do I need to stay in Greece?
It depends on the treatment. For an embryo transfer using donated eggs, 2 to 4 days are often sufficient; for IVF using your own eggs, you’ll need to stay longer around the time of the egg retrieval. We’ll work with you to draw up a schedule that fits in with your work and personal life.
Can I claim a refund from my national health insurance?
In many cases, yes, partially, via the procedure for planned treatment within the European Union (form S2, CNSE). I’ll help you put together the application and obtain the necessary supporting documents from the clinic in the correct format. The final decision rests with your health insurance provider.
In which languages do we communicate?
In English, French and Greek. You can write to me or call me in English at any stage, and I’ll be there in person to translate during your appointments in Greece.
Is it legal for an international patient to undergo assisted reproductive treatment in Greece?
Yes. Access to healthcare in another EU Member State is a right recognised under Directive 2011/24/EU. You will be treated in accordance with Greek law, at an licensed clinic, and the treatment is entirely legal in Greece.
Is egg donation anonymous in Greece?
Yes. Greek law provides for anonymous donation: the donor and the recipients do not know each other’s identities. Donors undergo medical, genetic and psychological assessments and receive compensation as provided for by law, not a payment.
